Refund and Cancellation

The full fee, the billing frequency and the cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you agree to anything. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges and no automatic price increases during an agreed program.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have 14 days from agreeing to cancel for a full refund. If you ask us to begin inside that window, we may keep a proportionate amount for the sessions and work already delivered.

• Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice by email.
• Fees already paid for delivered months are not refundable.
• Any month paid in advance and not yet started is refunded in full.
• If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, unused fees are refunded in full.

Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are moved at no cost. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered. Genuine emergencies and injury are handled reasonably, always talk to us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement. A receipt is issued for every payment.
